Having worked in the senior care living industry for several years I am impressed with the level of compassionate service you and your caregiver team provides your residents and I was happy to find a placement there for my friend Alyce.
The home itself is fresh, clean and inviting each time I have visited. I appreciate that you have a good outdoor space with a garden available for the better weather months and the neighborhood is quiet. I also like that all residents are encouraged to eat meals communally at the kitchen table which adds to the home-like atmosphere. The food is freshly prepared and you offer a tasty menu with plenty of variety which Alyce enjoys. The egress and common spaces have plenty of room to accommodate wheelchairs and walkers easily and I have not noted any safety issues.
The care Alyce receives is personal and accommodating for her needs. Alyce’s transition to AFH living was difficult for her, but you and your team worked with me to come up with a good communication plan to confirm we could ensure Alyce’s health and safety while also easing her way into communal living. I have found your caregivers to be responsive and knowledgeable about Alyce’s care. They are all very kind and I feel confident that Alyce is getting the best care possible in your home.
