Last summer , my loved one was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. He was discharged from the hospital into a skilled nursing facility that I was not happy with due to the lack of care he was supposed to receive and was not. Zionfoundation Adult Family Home was recommended by my loved ones case worker. My loved one and I met with Caroline and I knew that  she would take very good care of him. He was moved into the adult family home and it was like he was at our home. Very warm ,clean and inviting. The staff went above and beyond to ensure his care and safety. Due to his late stage , our loved one passed away soon after he arrived. The day of his passing , the staff was kind ,respectful and loving. Allowing my family and I to spend as much time as we wanted, with our loved one. Caroline and Zion Foundation was a good send to my loved one and our family.
